Tiffany was the first Data Collection Manager at SDRG to provide smart phones to her staff to increase staff productivity and participant retention with automated texting and use of multiple smart phone apps in novel ways. She created a recipe for creating work-appropriate social media personal pages for her study staff and went on to train our other managers how to ethically train and supervise entry-level staff to build and rely on social media accounts and other web tools for participant location and engagement.
