3. THIRD-PARTY ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION.
EthTech will only share your Personal Information in the following ways:
A. With Service Providers: Like most businesses, EthTech use tools and services from service providers to help EthTech with various parts of its business (“Service Providers”). Depending on the service EthTech needs, these Service Providers may have access to your Personal Information. For example, EthTech uses a Service Provider’s email software to manage its Newsletter subscriptions, and if you have given EthTech your email address to subscribe to Newsletters, then your email address will be shared with that Service Provider.
EthTech contractually requires all Service Providers to treat your Personal Information as confidential information and to only use it for the services required by EthTech. C. For Legal Reasons: EthTech may disclose information you provide to respond to subpoenas, court orders, requests from authorities, and other legal process, and to establish/exercise EthTech’s legal rights. EthTech may also disclose your information to defend against legal claims when EthTech believes that disclosure is necessary to protect its rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request. EthTech may share your information in order to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, and situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of EthTech’s Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.

5. COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES.
A. What Are Cookies? Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website you visit. Cookies, along with other similar tracking technologies (e.g. e.g. web beacons, pixels, and web storage) (collectively, “Cookies”) are generally used to uniquely identify your browser or to store information. Cookies are either first-party cookies, meaning they are set by the operator of the website, or third-party cookies, meaning they are set by a party other than the operator of the website.
i. For Analytics: As an online business, it is important for EthTech to know how its users interact with the Website and use the EthTech Services. C. Your Cookie Choices: Most web browsers automatically accept Cookies, but you can update your web browser settings to completely decline some or all Cookies. However, deleting Cookies or setting your web browser to decline Cookies may cause the EthTech Services to not function optimally. To opt-out of Cookies set for advertising purposes, you may also use opt-out tools provided by third parties, such as the one found here: http://optout.networkadvertising.org/?c=1.

Although you may be able to update your web browser settings to transmit a Do-Not-Track (DNT) signal to websites and advertisers (indicating that you do not want your online activities to be tracked), there is no universal standard for DNT technology at this time. For this reason, EthTech does not respond to DNT signals submitted by web browsers, so please follow Section 5 to exercise controls over cookies.

The security of your Personal Information is important to EthTech. EthTech follows generally accepted industry standards to protect your Personal Information, both during transmission and once it is received.
